Throughout the process of researching I have spoken with and visited hundreds of websites, race tracks, people, and books.  Albeit it would be difficult to document every work I have came across, great lengths have been taken to notate the important ones.  Contained in the reference section is over 250 references that had a large impact on the project.  The references are organized based on their specialty.
