The exclusive nature of the motorsports industry leads its members to refuse to publicly share information as to the process of building and running a race track.  Even within the scope of motorsports employment, it is common practice for race track owners and general managers to deny employees information pertaining to the expenses and profits of race track development and management.  Due to the secrecy involved in this industry, there is no book, website, or publication that outlines the steps of building a race track.  Nevertheless, the fact still remains that millions of motorsports professionals and enthusiasts have a burning interest in the process, timeframes, and cost of building a race track.

Have you ever dreamed of building a race track, wondered how much it would cost, pondered the difficulties of construction, and considered the methods of daily operation?  Perhaps you are currently employed at a race track and are seeking new methods of making the business run more efficiently, increasing profits, and increasing CSI.

Here at Top Speed Motorplex (TSM), we look to answer these questions and many more.  Top Speed Motorplex is the first independent, publicly-released study on the realistic creation of a Motorplex from the acquisition of the land to assigning of pay plans to the employees.
